JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Run, compile and distribute participation and engagement reports for Peer businesses, following established templates.
• Provide support for list management, consisting of understanding and interpreting various list requests, and extracting lists for consumption within our email platform to distribute medical education programmes to our audience.
• Perform list matching services, associating client-provided lists to our internal database for project execution, using company software.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• College degree in relevant field.
• Experience and advanced knowledge of SQL specifically MS-SQL Server and MySQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Lookup formulas and Macro creation.
• Analytical/logical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Background in Business Intelligence tools preferably Business Objects.
• Data modelling experience
• Web site analytics i.e. analyzing behaviour on Web sites, emails, etc.
• Experience in a similar role would be an asset
• English is a must, French is a plus
