Job Description:
The Application Support Specialist provides technical and functional support for the use of ERP based applications to the internal users.
More specifically, he or she will be responsible to:
• Perform support on ERP applications as well as, but not limited to, administration and performance monitoring.
• Perform support for variety of applications (Interfaces, Inter- and Intranet applications)
• Support in development of reports.
Requirements:
• SQL query experience querying SQL data bases.
• Some programming exposure. I.E ...net, 4GL, sequel queries
• Strong desire to learn and high level of autonomy
• Well organized, being able to identify and summarize clearly issues and potential solutions
