TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (TAM)

Where you will work:
Montreal’s office

Duties:

Customer relations
- Maximizes the value of the customer’s investment in our clients products and services throughout the end-to-end customer lifecycle. The TAM manages the account and is the customer’s advocate.
- Acts as single point of contact for all technical requirements as they pertain to the assigned customers’ environment.
- Ensures effective ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between the customer and support teams, account teams, field service personnel, and customers.

Prevention
- Develops and coordinates proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices and statistical data trends.

Optimization
- Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities in support of customer or internal business processes.

Support
- Leads complex service delivery processes, develops creative resolutions to complex problems, and ensures contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively.

Analysis
- Compiles, analyzes and interprets statistical data and trends relating to service level and operational effectiveness


Requirements:
- 8+ years IT experience with an undergrad degree
- 5+ years Enterprise Experience with technologies such as Windows, Linux, Virtualization, High Availability, SAN technologies and networking.
- Bilingual English/French (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with Senior Executive to C-level personnel
- Excellent presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
- IT business process certifications (ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) – A plus
- Technical certifications (MCSE, CCNA, Server+, etc.) – A plus

- Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPN;
- Security Appliances (Firewalls, IPS, IDS, anti-DDOS, …)
- Network Hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Sonicwall, …)
- SAN (NetApp, Equalogic, iSCSI, JBOD, IOPS, …)
